Disconnect your internet and give yourself a 10-15 minute brain dump, meaning a freewriting exercise that shifts your goal from "writing well" to simply getting words on the page, completely removing the need for perfection.  Often, the paralyzing pressure of perfectionism is what keeps us from being creative, so removing this pressure becomes freeing and helps your brain reset and get focused in a creative way.

About the Album
This is a collection of Kenny McNeil's greatest hits that have been re-arranged and re-mastered for 2026. This is the next evolution of a 25-year collaboration between the production duo of McNeil and Matthew Shell (guitarist on a GRAMMY® award winning album & 2026 GRAMMY® nominated producer), from their first Pop/R&B album "Dare 2 Dream (D2D): What's Your Dream?" to their more recent Afrobeat instrumental album "We'll Find a Way II" and their breakout smooth jazz hit "The Midnight Hour", these two have captured lightning in a bottle time and time again. We hope you like this R&B/Soul collection that loves love, honors women, and attempts to inspire the souls of each listener to aim higher and find fulfillment and joy from commitment to your partner, family, friends, community, and the simple things in life that make it all worthwhile.
